So YEAAAH. Me and Becky are in the Library because we are ILLLLL. I had a sicky bug on tuesday and was off and now I really can't be asked to do Games and so am in the Library. With Becky. And a big bar of 'Euroshopper' 44p chocolate. Yummersss.
This week has been a bit of a blur. I was here on Monday, but had a bit of an oddity of a day and felt a bit odd so on Tuesday I was sick and didn't come in. I was ill. I stayed in bed all day and ate soup and ice cream and drank Lucozade (compulsary drink for the invalid) and learnt my Speech & Drama. I now now Juliet's lines in Act 2 Scene 5 of (duh) Romeo and Juliet off by heart. We had a right old laugh because at the beginning, my partner Jemima and I have to say:
Jemima: "Romeo and Juliet"
Charlotte:"Act 2 Scene1"
Jemima: "I'm Jemima and I'm playing the Nurse"
Charlotte: " And I'm Charlotte and I'm playing Juliet"
Except I said, being me, by accident :"I'm Charlotte and I'll be playing Jemima."
Fnar. Yes hahahaha. At least it wasn't the performance. Or else the adjudicator would be all :"Ooh, they actually can't remember who they are playing. And they're playing two of the most famous literary characters in one of the most famous plays EVER. I think DISQUALIFICATION."
Well she would if she was that awful bitch like last year. Which hopefully she is not, if she is I might just swear all the way through my poem. Which would probably get me expelled but I would DEFINITELY enjoy it.
Well toodlepip f'nowssss.

This night is sparkling, don't you let it go; I'm wonderstruck, blushing all the way home. I'll spend forever wondering if you knew; This night is flawless, don't you let it go... I'm wonderstruck, dancing around all alone, I'll spend forever wondering if you knew... I was enchanted to meet you ♥

Neopolitan Dreams
you
I don’t think you’re ever
a hundred percent in the room
you’re not in the room
go on, I'll be ok I can
dream the rest away, it's
just a little touch of fate
it'll
be ok.
It sure takes its precious
time but it's got rights and so have
I. I turn my head up to the sky, I
focus one thought at a time I do
not let the little thieves under my
tightly buttoned sleeves. You
couldn't be a long time I
feel like I am walking blind
I have nowhere
I'll have time
there are no legible signs
there are no legible signs
I like the way
that you talk,
I like the way
that you walk
It's hard to recreate
such an individual game
you wait you turn in the queue
you say your sorries and thank you'sI don’t think you’re ever
a hundred percent in the room
you’re not in the room
you're not in the room
deepest, of the dark nights
here lies, the highest of highs
neopolitan dreams
deepest, of the dark nights
here lies, the highest of highs
neopolitan dreams
stretching out to the sea
you wait you turn in the queue,
you say your sorries and thank you's
you wait you turn in the queue,
you say your sorries and thank you's
I don’t think you’re ever
a hundred percent in the room
a hundred percent in the room
you’re not in the room
you're not in the room

Monday, Day of Boredom
Today was disappointing - technically it was my first proper day back at school (not counting Friday) and twas veeeeery boring. For example, in Biology we wrote notes, in French we wrote an essay, in English we wrote MORE notes, in Maths we had cakes (the only good point of the day) and in History, guess what? Yup, even MORE notes.
On the plus side, I got to use my brand new pink twirling spaghetti fork during tea tonight as we had spag bol. And I didn't have any homework (with the exceptions of Maths revision for the Maths Mock GCSE on Thursday and finish the French essay which is due in on Tuesday so I didn't bother with that).
On an even PLUSSER side, it is my birthday a week on Saturday!!!! I am so excited. Am having a sleepover with eight more people and we're all going to try and squish into my conservatory. We only just managed it last time, and there were only five of us!!

Saturday, Day of Snow and Guitar Hero
Today, I stayed at home and played on Guitar Hero on the Wii for a bit. Then I decided to have a mess around on my MacBook Pro (eeeeeeeeeee!!!) for a bit, and ended up on iMovie for a bit. I made a movie about my cat, which I will post later. And of course Facebook, my favourite website (apart from this...) EVER. I am currently talking to one of my friends on chat right now.
Let's do it, and do it... here we come here we go, we gotta ROCK. Party Every day... party every day.
I gotta feeling.... that Tonight's gonna be a good night, that tonight's gonna be a good night, that tonight's gonna be a good good night.
Friday, Day of Free Food in Lessons
Today, I actually went to school, which is a change from the rest of the week (we went back on Tuesday, but because of the snowy conditions most people left then - I was the first to leave, at breaktime)except yesterday, when I went in for the afternoon for the maths GCSE mock... Aaaaaaaaaaargh!!! I hope I did all right... :S
In Latin, which is our first lesson, our teacher wasn't there so we had the batty head of department, who basically let us just go off into Z1and 'learn our latin lists' which we actually did, much to everyone's surprise. She came in halfway through the lesson to tell us that she'd just put the kettle on, and would any of us like a cup of tea, coffee or a hot chocolate? She walked back out with an order for five hot chocolates.
In our History lesson, which we weren't meant to have but did due to our change of timetable, our teacher, who was as unprepared as us, gave is SIX Quality Streets each and we watched a video and then did some colouring in (bearing in mind that our class is between 14 and 15 years of age).
So I had a good day.
NB. this is posted on Saturday because due to an internet error and would have been posted on Friday :)
