50 M&S Ginger Nuts is your Guideline Daily Amount of kcal. Really.

Well, Wallpaper was cancelled, so me and Feck went to town on a quest. For a book. An utterly amazing but totally trashy book. Because we are cool. And then we went to M&S because lunch was mank (school dinners, eh?) and bought some white chocolate chip cookies (for me) a blueberry muffin (for Feck) and some Ginger Nuts for 59p (for both of us, because we are pigs). So we went up to the Pod (the teensy computer room in the English block) and found that it was locked, and Wallpaper was almost certainly off. We went to find our teacher. We went into her classroom, where music was blasting very loudly, saw that it was empty, and stood there pondering for a bit on what our next action would be. We decided to head up to the girls' toilets in the creepy, back bit of the English block (so-called the 'Harry Potter Loos' because of the cracks in the walls and the numerous, stained mirrors - as in the film Chamber of Secrets - and ancient everything). When we got there, Becky managed to bounce straight up on the ledge and kept looking out the (very large) open window in to the alley below. With a bit of a leg-up, I managed to get up too. We stuffed out faces with Ginger Nuts (but not of course before reading the percentage of kcal/salt/sugar/carbohydrates/protein/fluff in a GDA at one point I got the answer "Ten." And we had aaaaages before we were even considering to go then... And we talked. And listened to Chairlift, Belle & Sebastian and Tilly & The Wall (who have a tap-dancer instead of a drummer. How cool is that?). And guessed who lived in the house on the other side of the alley, which had a straw hat, a dry-cleaning bag, a bottle of lentils, a bottle of Egyptian sand and two clay models most likely built by a child in the window. Then we heard echoey voices of girls coming from the house and so shouted "Oooooh, we are ghosts, we will HAUNT you! Oooohhhh..." until they shut up. Which they never did  in the end we gave up. And then we heard the CCF people practising their drill with guns and heard some very loud voices. And then I had to go and get my bus and had to leave Becky, so I shouted (in an ironic way, of course) "I LOVE YOU MY SHMEXY DARLING" to her and walked across the road to  find some random grandpa giving me the evil eye. Ah... old people today...

So I had an interesting afternoon. And to make you laugh, I thought in Physics that before the Big Bang we were the size of "German Monkey Amoebas" (no offence to any Germans out there. It was actually "A Germ In" a monkey amoeba, but it was heard wrong. I love Germany, it is a great place and they do cabbage in a nice way).

That is my life. Yay. XD

The Amount of grass Becky put in my hair on Thursday.

Half of Wyeside.

Late Nights & Ladders in my tights

Sorry about the pointless title. I just thought it rhymed.

Talk me round, you can try
To cut off my senses, make my cry
Out to the skies and stars above
Where I know there must be love.

Sugar hearts and candy canes
I sit at home bearing the pain
From which I try, nonetheless
To be happy and forget the stress

I can't seem to remember
I seem to forget
Those soft pure words
Full of my regret
I threw away into the dirt
And then they flew away

Meaningless lyrics, and empty tune
Trying to pretend I'm immune
To human despair and floods of tears
Every single day

Tell me once and tell me twice
A glimpse of sadness in the night
The joy of seeing a new day rise
I feel so much better today.

Well, that was completely random... just a few lyrics off the top of my head. I am not depresses in any way, just in case of any implications in the verses. I am just bored.

5. Both Sides Now

I've looked at love from both sides now,
From give and take, and still somehow
It's love's illusions I recall.
I really don't know love at all.
By Joni Mitchell.

AND I HAVE AN OLIVER THORNTON COVER!!!! EEEEE :P

4. I Love The Nightlife

Ooooh I, I love the nightlife
I got to boogie
On the disco 'round, oh yea
Oh, I love the night life
I got to boogie on the disco 'round, oh yea

I wanted to make this extra special because of this reason, but my inspiration ever so slightly drained and I ended up with this. In case it is a bit misty as to why this pic is for this song, here are the lyrics I chose for this pic:

"Her weapons were her crystal eyes
Making every man a man
Black as the dark night she was
Got what no-one else had
Wa!

She's got it
Yeah, baby, she's got it
I'm your Venus, I'm your fire
At your desire
Well, I'm your Venus, I'm your fire
At your desire..."

Possibly expect a replacement sometime soon. Song Number 2 Venus by Bananarama.

1. Don't Leave Me This Way

My Priscilla Playlist underway. I know I sound like a stalker, but I am just so much more creative with a title to go by :D. And of course from Priscilla, my favourite musical, gives added inspiration (well the thought of Oliver Thornton does anyway... :D) Song Number 1: Don't Leave Me This Way by Thelma Houston.

OH. MY. GOD. ("Oh, not AGAIN. She's such a stalker!" I hear Becky sigh) I AM COMPLETELY IN LOVE WITH OLIVER THORNTON... OH, AND I ♥ PRISCILLA

Well Becky. I'm sure you're only too eager to guess what I'm about to have a mega-uber-mahoosive-giganticus-humongous-so-big-it-is-hard-to-describe-how-big-it-really-quite-is glee-fest of FABULOUS.

PRISCILLA!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last Saturday I went to see "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert - The Musical" At the Palace Theatre in West End.

And OH MY GOD it was AMAZINGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if you have heard of it, but it's only a year old here in London and, as I'm told, a huge deal Down Under in Australia. This fabby show is about two transvestites and a transsexual who are on their way to Alice Springs in the desert from Sydney, on an old, beat up tour bus called Priscilla. The reason behind this is because Tick/Mitzi's (played by Jason Donovan) ex-wife now owns the casino there and is offering them a few weeks of performing and a change of scene from dingy downtown Sydney. With Tick is Bernadette (Don Gallagher) a transsexual whose lover has recently died, and (in my opinion) the absolute STAR of the show, party boy/drag queen Adam/Felicia played by Oliver Thornton , the yummiest thing since toasted Starbursts (try them over a campfire...mmmm). Seriously. The show was absolutely fantastic but seeing gorgeous Oliver strutting his stuff up there in a pink sparkly thong, suspenders, heels and not much else was the big, fat, juicy cherry on top of one of the most scrumptious cakes in a long, long time. I actually can't express how utterly fantastic the show was and Oliver, and if I could, I would probably be up there dancing with them. In fact, in my gap year, I was thinking of creating the job title "Official Diva of Advertising" for Priscilla and then I could work with Mr. Thornton.

And to add to my stalker abilities, here is a factfile of my favourite actor in the whole world (off the top of my head, of course):

NAME: Oliver Rhoe Thornton
BORN: Abergavenny, Monmouthshire (next door to herefordshire, where I live!! :D), 10th September 1979
OCCUPATION: Currently starring as Adam/Felicia in Priscilla in London
         Oliver's Twitter

So go on those websites and see for yourself how utterly stunning Oliver Thornton is. I would put on a picture myself, but:
a) there are so many to choose from I would be all night drooling over them before I chose about 100
b) there are probably lots of copyrights on the pics and I don't want to risk infringement

Honestly I would keep telling you every detail about Oliver but I already sound like a deranged stalker and I am quite tired and have SO MUCH revision to do tomorrow I need a good night's sleep.

Go and see Priscilla. I gave it 100000000000000000000recurring out of 10 and I've seen almost all of the West End musicals. And like I told Becky: It is way, WAY better than The Lion King. Which is amazing, if you've seen it, so you'll know my standards.

Oh, and just in case I didn't mention it:

OLIVER THORNTON IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND YOU WOULD BE MAD NOT TO WATCH PRISCILLA AND FALL IN LOVE WITH HIM.

Actually please do be mad - all the more for me!! :D

Night night xxx
